Regional Champs nominations due 13th Jan (updated)

Regional individual nominations are due on Saturday 13th January 2018 (our first day back of competition in 2018)… this can be done by filling in the form :

You need to bring in the completed form, or complete on the day during the competition on Sat 13th January (last day) with the $15 nomination fee. Alternatively you can also scan the completed form and email it to info@citynorthlas.asn.au and pay the $15 required into our bank account :

BSB 124021 Account Number 11127829 with your child’s surname as a reference.

There is a maximum of 5 events per athlete.

 

This event is being held at Redcliffe LAC and runs all weekend from 4:30pm 2nd of Feb to 4th of Feb.
